snacks:

peanutbutter protein cups. The recipe is simple: Just mix together 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoons unsweetened coco powder, 3-4 tablespoons of water and pour into a mini cupcake pan. Stick in the freezer for 20 minutes and done! You will want to wait a minute for them to defrost a little before pulling them out of the pan. I topped mine with almond butter, but you could top yours with whatever nut butter you would like. (from nhs)
