weekly schedule

sunday – 2 miles

monday – kickboxing + 1 mile

tuesday – 4 miles
did Taji long walk instead

wednesday – weights + 3miles
only did 2.3

thursday – long walk with taj

friday – weights + 3 miles

I feel like a total slacker only doing 1 mile after kickboxing.. but kickboxing kicks my butt! Today I felt a little more energized and upped my speed. You can check out my running tracking spreadsheet here.
