Weight Fluctuations.. ack!

So since I started working out earlier this year, my weight has fluctuated like crazy – with a good 7 pound range.  It’s crazy.  I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday – even though I always say I won’t.  Day to day though my weight changes so much and I can’t figure out why.  Can you really gain and lose weight on a daily basis?  I know weight fluctuations are normal.  I constantly weight myself because overall I haven’t lost any weight, and I get excited when I am lower in my weight range.  I did measure myself 2 weeks ago when I first started boxing in an attempt to find improvement.  I plan on remeasuring myself this coming Sunday to see what progress- if any I have made.  I hope I have made at least a little!!
